When does someone get an email from Tidal Control?

We try to limit the amount of emails we send to you, such that your inbox is not cluttered by us. There are a few specific moments when you will receive an email from Tidal Control, and we distinguish between the following priorities:

  1. When direct action is needed: you will receive an email with a link to take action.
  2. To update you on changes in Tidal Control: you will receive an email with a summary of the changes. This email is sent only once per day.

The emails that require direct action are sent in the following cases:

  1. When you are invited to Tidal Control by a colleague or partner: you will receive an email with a link to create your account.
  2. When you need to reset your account details: you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
  3. When you are mentioned in a comment: you will receive an email with a link to the comment.
