First aid

Before you contact support, we ask you to try the following common solutions first:

  1. The app times out, gives connection errors, or is unresponsive: verify that the Tidal Control service is running via https://status.tidalcontrol.com. If it is, try a hard refresh of the website, or otherwise try restarting your web-browser. If it still doesn't work, contact us.
  2. You are not able to log in: Ask your company's contact point for Tidal Control to reset your password and/or account.

Support hours

We provide support during business hours (9-17) from Monday through Friday. Support may be limited during NL holidays.

How do I contact support?

Send an e-mail to support@tidalcontrol.com, and we'll contact you as soon as possible.

How quick are you to act?

We are constantly monitoring any errors that happen in production, also outside business hours. If you run into an error, chances are we're already working on it. Similar, if you log an incident or issue that has a high priority, we'll likely contact you within a couple of hours of early next day. In any case, we will respond to your support ticket within a maximum of 2 business days.
